Lead curriculum design initiatives with Ampere in a fully remote capacity. If you are passionate about creating impactful educational materials for diverse communities, this role is for you.
In this new role, you will manage a team of curriculum writers and content creators to develop culturally relevant educational resources. You’ll ensure high standards in curriculum design and support the community-based co-design process. Your leadership will directly influence educational experiences for rural, remote, and Indigenous populations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate curriculum writers and content creation teams
• Maintain standards for curriculum design and assessment practices
• Oversee analysis of educational materials for alignment with goals
• Implement quality assurance processes for all projects
• Provide guidance to enhance educational material quality
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field, Master's preferred
• Proven experience in curriculum development leadership
• Excellent project management skills
• Understanding of instructional design principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
