As a full-time Regional Safety Trainer, you will lead safety initiatives by promoting best practices across the region. This pivotal role requires expertise in safety training, public speaking, and a keen understanding of regulatory requirements. Collaborate with staff and customers to ensure compliance while creating impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver safety training to internal teams and external clients
• Maintain up-to-date safety training records for the region
• Develop engaging training plans tailored to team needs
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide follow-up coaching
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive work environment
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of training experience
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Knowledge of safety and legal requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Full G Class driver’s license with a clean record
