Position: OFY Tutor for Student Success
Positively impact students' lives as a Tutor with Options For Youth. We seek energetic, motivated individuals to provide personalized instruction in a supportive environment.

As part of the Options For Youth team, you will offer direct tutoring and support to students within a small classroom or one-on-one. The role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a passion for education to track student progress and enhance their learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tutoring and instruction in designated subjects

• Market your tutoring availability and schedule

• Create a tracking system for appointments and progress

• Communicate student conduct and performance to teachers

• Monitor class work, attendance, and discipline

Requirements:

• Proficient knowledge of designated subjects

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Reliable daily transportation
