Full-time term Science and Mathematics Classroom Teacher with other teaching duties position. Duties to commence September 8, 2026 to October 9, 2026 or until incumbent on leave returns (maternity).

• Bachelor of Education
  - Secondary
• NL Teaching Certificate
  - Level IV or higher
• Major (10 courses) and Minor (6 courses) as noted above in the applicable subject area
• Appropriate Training Methods
• Equivalencies will be consideration

Annual Teacher Salary Scale contained within the NLTA Provincial Collective Agreement and benefits contained within the agreement.

Applicants without the required qualifications may be considered in accordance with Clause 37.01 (d) of the provincial collective agreement.

Please note that candidates designated as Recommendable in 2024 or 2025 individual or pool competitions will have that designation carried over for 2026 and will not require an interview for similar positions.

Interviews that occur during this hiring season will be designated as Recommendable or Not Recommendable at this time.
