Paralegal Instructor

CIMT College is hiring a Paralegal Instructor to contribute to a vibrant learning community. This role is vital for preparing students for meaningful careers in law with a focus on effective teaching methods.

As an instructor, you will provide comprehensive legal education following institutional policies while adapting to diverse learning needs. Monitor student performance through evaluations and feedback, and maintain a collaborative classroom environment. Your participation will extend to institutional events and support sessions for prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach using approved materials and methods tailored for adults

• Administer quizzes and evaluate student understanding

• Maintain classroom order and accurate attendance

• Address student concerns with professionalism

• Assist admissions with prospective student inquiries

Requirements:

• Lawyer or licensed paralegal with 3+ years of experience

• Demonstrated teaching experience or formal educational training

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education

• Relevant teaching certification preferred

• Ability to teach on campus as needed
