Long & McQuade Lessons Coordinator

Oversee the Music Lesson Centre at Long & McQuade, managing teacher and student engagement while promoting music education. Bring your passion for music to enhance lesson offerings.

In the role of Lessons Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Music Education. You will interview, train, and supervise teaching staff while also managing student registrations and attendance. Your focus will be on maintaining policies and improving overall program quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select and onboard suitable music teachers

• Administer teacher and lesson schedules

• Market and promote the Music Lesson Centre policies

• Maintain accurate attendance and payment records

• Resolve issues and complaints from students and parents

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of instrumental music experience

• Strong background in music education principles

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven track record in sales and customer relations

• Basic skills in administration and account management
