Your role is vital in ensuring compliance and inspiring safe work behaviors.

This full-time role involves delivering training programs that promote a strong safety culture among employees and clients. You will document training activities, facilitate learning experiences tailored to individual needs, and actively engage with the team to enhance overall safety. Collaborating with branch teams will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safety training to internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with safety training requirements

• Maintain accurate safety training records

• Monitor and evaluate the success of training sessions

• Provide individual coaching to enhance training outcomes

Requirements:

• Two years of relevant training experience

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments

• Background in construction preferred

• Clean G Class driver’s license is required

Lead by example in creating a safe workplace culture while empowering others through effective training.
