Music Lessons Administration Lead

Manage all aspects of the Music Lesson Centre at Long & McQuade, focusing on teacher coordination, student engagement, and program development. Your music education expertise will direct our initiatives.

As the Music Lessons Coordinator, you will report to the Director of Music Education and oversee teacher selection, scheduling, and student registrations.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring adherence to lesson policies and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews and orientation for music teachers

• Organize teacher and room schedules efficiently

• Enforce attendance and registration policies for students

• Maintain detailed attendance and payment records

• Address concerns and complaints from students and parents

Requirements:

• At least three years of music study experience

• Strong knowledge of music education best practices

• Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities

• Proven experience in sales and customer service

• Skills in administration and managing customer accounts
