Part-Time Math & Science Tutor

This role is perfect for motivated educators who thrive on teaching mathematics and sciences while working with students directly. As a Tutor-Teacher, you’ll engage with high school students, focusing on building their confidence in complex subjects, including algebra, calculus, and trigonometry. A commitment until June’s term end is preferred, with an emphasis on reliable evening hours from Monday to Thursday.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach up to three students simultaneously across varying levels
• Follow Oxford Learning methodologies and programs
• Fill out post-lesson notes and feedback
• Maintain professional and friendly interactions at all times
• Complete daily student communication updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or similar certification in relevant field
• Experience teaching/tutoring grades 9-12 math
• Strong communication and math skills
• Ability to multitask with students
• Willingness for a clear police record check
