Virtual SaaS Customer Education Trainer

As a Customer Education Trainer, you will deliver Varicent product training and webinars for professional audiences. You will design learning programs, simplify complex concepts, and collaborate with Product, Support, Customer Success, and Education teams. The role also includes mentoring facilitators and improving scalable customer education.

• Deliver virtual instructor-led training and product webinars
• Translate complex concepts into practical customer learning
• Improve curricula using feedback and training metrics
• Mentor facilitators and strengthen instructional practices
• Evaluate Generative AI learning technologies

• Six or more years in technical training or enablement
• Experience facilitating virtual learning for professional audiences
• Understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, or analytics
• Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
