Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the BIM Execution Plan

• Monitor compliance across design partners and subcontractors

• Conduct visual clash detection and support spatial coordination

• Aggregate and review BIM models for consistency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or management field

• Demonstrated BIM Coordination experience in infrastructure

• High proficiency in Autodesk Revit and related tools

• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and workflows
