Position: Modification Project Specialist at Boeing

In this senior-level role, you will oversee maintenance plans, manage resources, and track quality metrics. Your rich experience of at least five years in a maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) environment will be vital. You will also have the opportunity to provide tooling support and operate various factory support equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple scheduled maintenance visit plans

• Lead maintenance debriefing and records review

• Define project schedules and manage resource requirements

• Track quality metrics and initiate corrective actions

• Coordinate activities for delivered hardware and modification kits

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with aircraft tools

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with heavy equipment

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in MRO settings

• FAA Airframe and powerplant license preferred

• Ability to support various hangar operations
