As a member of the Office of Climate Change and Energy Management, you will utilize your expertise to drive sustainable energy initiatives that align with corporate goals. Your responsibilities include project management, conducting thorough audits, and engaging with the community to promote energy conservation. This position is integral for achieving a low-carbon future in the Region of Peel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement robust energy consumption assessment plans
• Ensure energy project execution meets all standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders on sustainability initiatives
• Perform energy audits and feasibility studies
• Lead greenhouse gas emission monitoring strategies
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or related field
• Minimum four years in energy industry
• Mandatory CMVP certificate; CEM an asset
• Practical experience in energy technologies
• Level 1 Criminal Record Check needed
