Lead Vanta's mission to empower businesses in AI security as an Engineering Manager. Guide a rapidly scaling team to innovate and transform customer experiences in a hybrid work environment.

In this key leadership role at Vanta, you will manage a growing team of engineers focused on building AI products that enhance security processes. Your responsibilities will include developing a strategic technical direction, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and mentorship, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge features. You will help ensure that AI is at the core of Vanta's offerings, enabling audit automation while retaining control for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale a high-performing engineering team

• Guide technical strategy aligned with Vanta's long-term goals

• Collaborate with product and design teams on AI features

• Champion best practices and processes for applied AI

• Adapt rapidly to changes in product direction

Requirements:

• 2+ years managing 4-8 technical engineers

• Hands-on experience in applied AI and LLM products

• Startup experience preferred; founder background a plus

• Strong collaboration skills across teams

• Familiarity with Vanta's tech stack or willingness to learn
