Join IKO Industries as a Corporate Process Engineer to enhance manufacturing processes in Brampton, ON or Ennis, TX. Utilize your engineering skills in process optimization within a top-tier roofing materials firm.
In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing production processes and will report to the Process Engineering Manager. Your responsibilities will include developing engineering deliverables and participating in critical projects focused on asphalt and ISO/TPO plants, ensuring continuous improvement at IKO.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain process engineering documentation
• Lead optimization studies for industrial manufacturing
• Collaborate with engineers to develop specifications
• Modify automated systems and execute test plans
• Get involved in Process Hazard Analyses (PHA)
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical)
• 3-7 years in a similar engineering role
• Familiar with process regulations such as ASME B31.3
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
