CPI Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Location: Georgetown

Join Communications & Power Industries as a Regulatory Compliance Lead, ensuring compliance for medical X-ray generator systems and high-voltage products. Drive safety and regulatory measures effectively.

In this role, you will lead the monitoring of compliance activities ensuring conformity to standards such as FDA and IEC while coordinating essential safety testing and documentation. Your expertise will support various teams including Engineering and Quality, making you crucial in meeting customer and market regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee regulatory compliance for medical and electronic systems

• Ensure adherence to FDA and IEC safety requirements

• Coordinate environmental and radiation safety testing

• Maintain necessary compliance documents and technical files

• Support internal and external audit processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical or Biomedical Engineering preferred

• 5+ years in regulatory compliance or EMC experience

• Familiarity with IEC and environmental compliance standards

• Proficient in technical writing and project management

• Must be capable of leading cross-functional initiatives
