You will be responsible for the design and integration of battery electronics, working closely with various engineering teams to ensure systems meet industry standards for performance and safety. This position demands extensive expertise in both design and practical application of electrical components in energy storage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the design of Battery Management Systems and electrical components
• Lead the integration of energy storage systems with external controls
• Develop detailed electrical architectures and wiring diagrams
• Collaborate on battery integration with HVAC and power systems
• Conduct analysis to optimize system performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in relevant engineering field;
Master's preferred
• 15+ years of experience in the electronics domain
• Strong knowledge of energy storage regulations and standards
• Proficiency in electrical design software tools
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills
