Job Description   Assist in the creation of process flow charts, work instructions and control plans using the company’s Visual Standard work instruction format.
Support the Process Engineer in optimizing plant performance.
Assist in troubleshooting plant issues and assist in the development of long and short‑term solutions utilizing Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.
Utilize the company’s tools for handling process data for analysis and report daily on plant issues.
Prepare and present summary reports, performance metrics reports, and graphical representations for presentations as required.
Collect data for analysis to uncover areas for improvements and innovation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications   3rd or 4th year student enrolled in a University or College Engineering program.
Excellent organization and analytical skills.
Strong communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to establish priorities and work effectively in a team.
Works well independently.
Hours, Days & Schedule  Hours of work will be primarily Monday through Friday {30 – 40 hours, day shift}.
Work Location  71 Orenda Road, Brampton, ON.
Wage  $25.50/hour - $26.50/hour.
