Join EXP as a Senior Highway Design Engineer in Ontario to play a pivotal role in diverse highway projects. Bring your design proficiency in CADD and Micro Station, and mentor junior engineers.
This position allows you to shape highway design projects, working on both new constructions and rehabilitative work. You will draft essential design reports and tender documents, ensuring every aspect meets client requirements. Strong collaboration with stakeholders will enhance project outcomes and foster a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare reports for new and rehabilitative highway design
• Verify CADD drawings for compliance and accuracy
• Formulate detailed contracts and tender specifications
• Coordinate and mentor junior engineering staff
• Interface with clients and contractors throughout the project
Requirements:
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in Ontario
• Over 10 years of consulting engineering experience
• Proficiency in Micro Station, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of MTO standards and approvals
