Position: EH&S Specialist Contract Role
Join Victaulic as an EH&S Process Specialist in Brampton, ON, for a one-year contract focused on safety and environmental compliance. Drive cultural change while working on-site.

This role requires a hands-on EH&S Process Specialist to enhance safety measures across Victaulic's operations. You will work directly with engineering teams to ensure safety is a core design element. Utilize your expertise to manage EHS programs and conduct thorough inspections, promoting a culture of awareness and safety across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead compliance with municipal, provincial, and federal EHS regulations

• Drive ergonomic program leadership and reduce workplace risks

• Collaborate on safety enhancements in manufacturing processes

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits

• Implement and maintain ISO management systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field

• At least 3 years of EHS experience in heavy industries

• Skilled in process hazard analysis and incident investigation

• Strong communication and training delivery skills

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to safety
