Your role will involve leading engineering processes and supporting the production team throughout design life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present technical concepts and designs

• Coordinate work on documentation for manufacturing support

• Ensure product quality and cost-efficiency

• Lead engineering product generation and reviews

• Direct and mentor technical support personnel as needed
Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Science or Engineering required

• Several years of relevant vacuum electronics experience

• Proficient in engineering design and simulation tools

• Strong analytical and communication skills needed

• Experience with laboratory equipment control preferred
