Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of concrete structures and waterproofing

• Lead the preparation of project documents and specifications

• Review contractor proposals and shop drawings

• Facilitate client and contractor meetings effectively

• Ensure project tasks are completed within budget and schedule

Requirements:

• 5+ years of technical experience in building sciences

• Related degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or similar

• P. Eng. designation in Ontario is required

• In-depth knowledge of building structure standards

• Ability to work under pressure and manage client relations
