This role is essential for supporting the manufacturing floor and ensuring product excellence. You will lead projects that enhance system performance while collaborating closely with the Design Engineering team to troubleshoot and stabilize processes. A focus on continuous improvement and efficiency through Lean principles is paramount here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct NPI projects related to high-tech product manufacturing

• Engage with cross-functional teams to solve engineering challenges

• Validate manufacturing processes and develop acceptance tests

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing

• Provide guidance on system failures and corrective measures
Requirements:

• 2+ years in Systems or Manufacturing Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience

• Lean Green Belt or related certification

• Strong project management experience

• Capable of reading mechanical and electrical schematics
