Project Manager Engineer

Join our Building Science - Structural Rehabilitation Team responsible for overseeing new construction, assessment, and restoration of concrete structures. In this role, you will conduct condition surveys, prepare project specifications, and review submittals. Additionally, you will liaise with architects, clients, and contractors while providing mentorship to junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct condition surveys of concrete structures

• Prepare specifications and detailed drawings for projects

• Review contractor submittals and shop drawings

• Liaise with clients and attend project meetings

• Manage project deliverables and adherence to budgets
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in building science or structural rehabilitation

• P. Eng. designation in Ontario required

• University degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• In-depth knowledge of waterproofing systems

• Valid driver's license for site visits
