Join EXP as a Senior Highway Design Engineer in Ontario and shape the future of transportation. This role concentrates on highway design, emphasizing mentorship and collaboration.
You will be responsible for preparing design reports, reviewing CADD drawings, and drafting specifications that align with client standards. Your leadership skills will be crucial as you mentor junior engineers and navigate complex highway design projects with contractors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare design reports for highway construction projects
• Review CADD drawings for compliance with standards
• Draft comprehensive contract specifications
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate their activities
• Liaise with clients and supervision teams effectively
Requirements:
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario
• At least 10 years experience in consulting engineering
• Proficient in Micro Station, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledgeable in MTO standards and approvals
