System Engineer - High Voltage X-ray Systems

Location: georgetown

CPI is on the lookout for a skilled System Engineer to lead high-voltage X-ray generator system design and integration. Be at the forefront of technological advancements in medical imaging.
In this role, you will drive the architecture and design of systems ranging from 20 kW to over 150 kW within CPI. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in high-voltage power electronics and multidisciplinary project management. You will ensure that products meet rigorous safety and performance standards while collaborating across various teams to ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain system and product specifications

• Conduct design trade studies focusing on performance and reliability

• Lead EMI/EMC design and optimization strategies

• Participate in regulatory audit processes for compliance

• Oversee verification testing and technical issue resolution
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering field;
Master’s preferred

• Minimum 8 years in high-power system engineering

• Experience with imaging systems and regulatory compliance

• Knowledge of reliability engineering techniques

• Project leadership experience in multidisciplinary environments
