Key Responsibilities:

• Perform condition and assessment surveys of structures

• Prepare and review specifications and drawings for projects

• Oversee shop drawings and contractor submissions

• Manage construction contract administration and reviews

• Maintain strong client relationships for business development

Requirements:

• 5+ years in structural rehabilitation or related field

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• P. Eng. designation in Ontario is mandatory

• Familiarity with waterproofing systems and building codes

• Valid driver’s license required for site inspections
