The Manager, Structures & Thermal Analysis is pivotal to MDA's engineering leadership team, overseeing critical analysis for hardware and spacecraft systems. • Identify and resolve technical risks proactively
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• 10+ years' experience in structural/thermal analysis
• 5+ years in people leadership roles
• Expertise in FEA tools and verification methods
• Strong communication skills tailored for technical environments
