In this role, you will advance electrode and cell products, validating performance and safety requirements to meet customer needs. With a strong background in lithium-ion battery components, you'll conduct comprehensive experiments and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your ability to prioritize multiple projects and apply advanced data analysis techniques will drive significant results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advance electrode and cell products from prototype to commercialization
• Establish and conduct failure analysis of pouch cells
• Drive cross-functional alignment across stakeholders
• Optimize electrolyte and cell design through experiments
• Communicate effectively with internal and external teams
Requirements:
• 7+ years experience in battery engineering
• Strong background in lithium-ion technologies
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Python
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• B.S. in engineering or science required
