Position: Engineering Physicist for Vacuum Electronics

In this position, you will be a vital part of CPI's engineering team, concentrating on the development of Klystron-based technologies. Your main responsibilities will include orchestrating engineering projects, improving designs, and enhancing production workflows. You will utilize your technical acumen to support cross-departmental efforts and explore new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate engineering teams and project activities

• Present designs and technical concepts to stakeholders

• Document technical processes for manufacturing integration

• Oversee product quality and cost adherence

• Deliver low-volume production support for new designs

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in relevant fields with hands-on experience

• Background in design and manufacturing of vacuum electronics

• Familiarity with simulation software and design tools
