You will act as a technical specialist, handling various system integration tasks while offering primarily onsite support for hardware and software issues. Your expertise will be vital in managing the product lifecycle from design to production ramp, ensuring high-quality deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support GPU and networking product design and integration
• Establish relationships with partner engineering and internal teams
• Identify key customer requirements in the CSP/ODM AI market
• Provide onsite and remote support for system integration issues
• Develop technical solutions and conduct hardware demos
Requirements:
• BS/MS in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in system design and deployment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Familiarity with datacenter technologies and workflows
• Excellent communication in English
