Technical Services Manager at CPI Power Electronics

Location: Georgetown

Lead the Technical Services team at CPI Power Electronics in Georgetown, Ontario. As a Manager, you'll provide exceptional support for our Amplifier and Generator products while driving customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the VP Programs, the Manager, Technical Services is responsible for global technical support for our engineered products. In this role, you will develop a customer-focused team and oversee complex issue resolution. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Sales, and Operations, you'll enhance product reliability and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex customer technical issues as escalation point

• Develop a customer-focused Technical Services team

• Establish technical standards and best practices

• Coach and foster a culture of technical excellence

• Drive continuous improvement in service operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

• 8–10 years of technical support and leadership experience

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to travel internationally (20–30%)

• Experience in complex technologies preferred
