Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize assembly and testing processes for high-complexity products

• Manage the design and automation of testing fixtures
• Communicate effectively with operations to resolve issues
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 8+ years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience
• Green Belt certification required;
Black Belt preferred
• Proficient in reading electrical schematics
• Solid Works and AutoCAD expertise required
