As part of the Cosma division of Magna, you'll use your Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 1-5 years of experience to manage projects effectively from concept to launch. Your responsibilities will include overseeing compliance with manufacturing standards and driving continuous improvements. Collaborate across teams while leveraging your skills in robotics programming and software development to enhance automotive systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage R&D projects and monitor project milestones
• Conduct analyses to ensure manufacturability of designs
• Drive innovation through research and benchmarking
• Perform hands-on testing and machine operation
• Define project requirements and validation plans
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field
• 1-5 years of project management experience
• Expertise in automotive quality standards
• Strong skills in collaboration and communication
• Familiarity with machine vision and AI/ML systems
