EXP is seeking a Civil Project Manager for a full-time position focused on building municipal infrastructure across Ontario. With a minimum of 8 years in municipal design and project management, you’ll take charge of comprehensive civil design, ensuring adherence to agency specifications. This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong communication skills, as you will work closely with clients and various engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage civil design drawing packages

• Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams

• Track project progress and resolve challenges proactively

• Mentor junior staff and manage design efforts

• Generate accurate cost estimates and technical reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma with 8+ years experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D mandatory

• P.Eng,

C.Tech or C.E.T. accreditation in progress

• Familiarity with local design standards and specifications

• Strong report-writing and communication skills
