CPI Power Electronics Technical Services Leader

Location: georgetown

Become the Technical Services Leader at CPI Power Electronics in Georgetown, Ontario. As the Manager, you will oversee customer support for Amplifier and Generator products, ensuring high satisfaction.
Reporting to the VP Programs, the Technical Services Manager leads a global team focused on resolving complex issues and enhancing customer interactions.

Your role will involve collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to support new product introductions and improve service reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical resolution of customer inquiries

• Cultivate a skilled Technical Services team

• Establish technical best practices and knowledge sharing

• Drive operational improvements and service delivery

• Maintain strong partnerships with customers and services
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar field

• 8–10 years of experience in technical support leadership

• Strong skills in communication and relationship management

• Ability to travel internationally (20–30%)

• Familiarity with complex technologies preferred
