RVA’s Transportation team is looking for students to join their team for a co‑op position during Fall 2026 at our Niagara Office.

• Assist in pre‑engineering site surveys and inspection during the construction.
• Design of roads, rail, sewers, water mains and municipal infrastructure projects.
• Help prepare AutoCAD and Micro Station design drawings.
• Provides office support during the construction stage of projects.
• Assist with quantity calculations and preparing tender documents.
• Collation of Traffic data and background information.
• Conduct site visits.
• Assist in traffic analysis.
• Conduct AutoTURN analysis and creation of report exhibits.
• Assist project team in preparing memorandum/report.

• Must be currently enrolled in a civil engineering program at an accredited university or college.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Micro Station/AutoTURN is an asset.
• Must have a valid G Class Driver's License and access to a vehicle.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Superior English communication skills both oral and written.
• Ability to work in an interactive team atmosphere.
• Knowledge about traffic analysis as a part of traffic impact studies.

The salary range for this position is: $25-$30/hour

Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business needs.
