Leverage data to enhance operations as a Process Engineering Analyst at Best Buy’s Brampton distribution center. Collaborate with engineers and analysts to drive continuous improvement in processes.
This onsite role requires a strong analytical mindset to analyze distribution center processes. As a Process Engineering Analyst, you'll apply Lean Six Sigma principles and perform detailed operational performance analysis. Your work will lead to actionable recommendations and involve major project planning with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply Lean Six Sigma for process optimization
• Analyze operational metrics and identify trends
• Conduct time and motion studies for efficiency
• Develop process maps with project requirements
• Support major projects and improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• 1+ years in process engineering or analytics
• Proficient in Excel and SQL, knowledge of VBA/Python
• Experience in BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder presentations
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
