This role is pivotal within a Canadian consulting group, allowing you to play a vital role in mine planning while working with experienced teams globally. You'll dive into technical studies and open pit and underground designs, enhancing client relationships and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead mine planning for both open pit and underground operations
• Develop production schedules and optimization assessments
• Engage in scoping and technical study work from PFS to FS
• Create and review comprehensive technical reports for clients
• Facilitate client meetings and workshops for technical review
Requirements:
• 7+ years in mining consulting or technical services
• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering required
• Strong experience with mine planning software
• Proficient in multi-commodity mining projects
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
