Position: MDA Space Subcontract Program Manager

In this role, you'll lead programs for domestic and international clients, focusing on sub-system development and effective resource management. You'll be instrumental in identifying customer risks while fostering strong relationships within the supply base. Your leadership will ensure the successful execution of various subcontract agreements, reflecting MDA’s commitment to innovative space solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct multi-disciplinary program teams to achieve objectives

• Oversee adherence to budget and cost guidelines

• Negotiate subcontracting agreements to align with program goals

• Participate in regular reviews to maintain project control

• Enhance customer confidence in MDA’s systems and quality

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Program Management experience

• Proven track record in designing safety-critical systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• Familiarity with PMBOK and earned value methodologies

• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
