VDG is searching for a dedicated Product Development & Test Technician to support its drum motor production. This position includes testing and validating electrical and mechanical components, developing detailed test plans, and addressing product issues. Collaborate closely with R&D to refine testing objectives and ensure product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform mechanical and electrical tests on drum motors
• Create and execute comprehensive testing plans
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions during tests
• Document all testing procedures, findings, and recommendations
• Adhere to industry standards and quality regulations
Requirements:
• Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years in manufacturing testing roles
• Skilled in electrical measurements and instrumentation
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities in complex systems
• Experience with mechanical testing equipment
