We are seeking a Lead Compliance Engineer with a strong educational background in Electrical Engineering and extensive experience in product compliance, focusing on renewable energy technologies. With a minimum of eight years in the field, candidates will need to have hands-on experience with UL, CSA, and TÜV certification bodies. Your leadership in certification projects is essential to guide products through successful compliance pathways and ensure they meet stringent grid codes and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead certification projects for renewable energy products
• Collaborate with certification bodies for compliance success
• Conduct thorough risk analysis and functional safety assessments
• Ensure adherence to interconnection and grid code requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
Requirements:
• MS or BS in Electrical Engineering or similar field
• 8+ years in compliance or certification roles
• In-depth knowledge of renewable energy and power electronics
• Proven technical writing and communication abilities
• Familiarity with risk analysis practices
