Process Engineer in Food Manufacturing

In this role, you'll report to the Manager of Product & Process Development and will be responsible for driving TPM, Lean, and OEE methodologies across various plants. A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and effective communication to lead optimization projects and manage relationships internally and externally. Your contributions will support Sofina's Blueprint for enhanced product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and lead organization-wide process optimization projects

• Create and manage sustainable manufacturing standards

• Drive improvements in manufacturing system reliability

• Analyze findings and prepare detailed reports

• Collaborate closely with engineers and manufacturing teams

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
