Position: Lead Event Rigger for ENCORE

In this pivotal position, you will oversee rigging tasks for events, maintaining safety and quality throughout. You will lead the setup by confirming hang-points and ensuring equipment is correctly managed. Collaborating with various trades is essential for delivering seamless event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all rigging activities for designated events

• Prepare rigging tools and equipment meticulously

• Validate the safety of scenic elements and connections

• Provide essential support to teams during setups

• Advise on potential rigging obstacles and solutions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background

• Must have 2000+ hours of rigging experience

• Qualified in Basic Rigging, ETCP preferred

• Proficiency in CAD tools like Vectorworks

• Required Lift Certification and experience in lift operations
