Brampton Service Concierge Position

Performance Auto Group is looking for a Service Concierge to provide exceptional support at Brampton Chrysler. This full-time role centers on greeting customers, managing vehicle parking, and providing valet services. Your ability to foster great customer interactions will reflect our commitment to integrity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership

• Organize and park service vehicles efficiently

• Conduct complimentary vehicle alignment inspections

• Ensure the cleanliness of the drive-thru

• Offer secure valet service for customer convenience

Requirements:

• Completed post-secondary degree or diploma

• Clean Ontario Class 'G' driver's license

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented with knowledge of vehicle models

• Proven ability to perform under pressure
