Experienced Stage Manager for Events

In this position, you will independently manage the execution of shows, serving as the primary client contact when a Producer is not available. Your focus will be on delivering high-standard production experiences by effectively coordinating all technical aspects and addressing challenges proactively. Experience in stage management and client relations is vital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onsite event execution as Production Stage Manager

• Revise production plans during preparation phases

• Guide rehearsals and maintain smooth communication with teams

• Ensure timely execution of all production cues

• Offer assistance to producers for proposals and event strategies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of stage management experience required

• Familiarity with the audio-visual and hotel industries

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• High school diploma mandatory; college diploma preferred

• Willingness to travel occasionally (10%)
