Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer parts inquiries in person and online
• Complete orders for Service Technicians timely
• Inspect returned and damaged parts for quality
• Consult catalogs for pricing and stock numbers
• Maintain and organize inventory records
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with clean record
• Familiarity with automotive parts functionality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
