- Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate - Experience:
1 to less than 7 months Tasks - Identify clients' financial goals and objectives
- Analyze clients' financial records
- Develop financial plans for clients
- Review and examine financial services and institutions to ensure compliance with governing legislation and regulation
- Negotiate mortgage loans and make application for mortgage to lenders or lending institutions on behalf of client
- Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
- Maintain accurate records
- Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control
- Analyze financial documents and reports
- Evaluate financial risk Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
- Mortgage Broker Provincial Licence
