Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Financial Controller located in Brampton, ON. The Controller will oversee accounting operations across multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely month‑end and year‑end closes, and compliance with CRA and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include managing cash flow, payroll, tax filings, budgeting and forecasting, and maintaining strong internal controls. The Controller will supervise all accounting resources and provide clear financial insights to support strategic decision‑making.

Qualifications

Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting

Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge

Expertise in Accounting practices and principles

Detail‑oriented with exceptional problem‑solving abilities

Advanced proficiency with financial software and tools, including ERP systems

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation is an asset

Proven experience in a financial management or controller role
