As VP/SVP of Lending Operations, you’ll design and oversee Can Wise’s operational framework, ensuring high performance in underwriting and servicing. Reporting to the CEO, you will be instrumental in building teams, implementing technology, and establishing compliance across the lending business. This role demands your extensive experience in mortgage and financial operations, with a focus on improving service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and design lending operations from scratch

• Lead implementation of technology solutions

• Establish compliance and regulatory frameworks

Requirements:

• 15+ years in lending or financial services

• Proven experience in scaling operations

• Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing and underwriting

• Experience with compliance and risk management
